PICKLEBALL MEMBERSHIPS
A mix of tennis, ping pong, and badminton, pickleball is taking the country by storm and is a great pastime for all ages! Watts + Diesel has added twelve official indoor pickleball courts on our new hardwood floor for members to use during scheduled "Open Play Times.” Bring your own paddle and pickleball to play.
All ages and skill levels are welcome and the game is easy to learn! Pickleball is free for members at Watts + Diesel, and non-members can purchase a drop-in pass or a pickleball membership to play. Learn More
What to Expect
The path to success begins the moment you enroll. Our experienced coaches stay right by your side from Day 1.
Book your appointment and receive an email with your appointment details.
The real fun starts once you arrive. Our Performance Coordinator will give you the lay of the land with a grand tour of the Watts + Diesel facility and walk your through all offered amenities.
If you are receiving PHYSICAL THERAPY, you will spend time with our Licensed Physical Therapist for a Q & A to create a personalized vision of desired PEAK PERFORMANCE for life and sport, which includes a FREE INJURY SCREENING.
If you are designing a PERFORMANCE TRAJECTORY, a trainer will ask about your injury history and aches/pains to be aware of.
At the conclusion of the tour, you will go one of two directions (in person).
If you are receiving PHYSICAL THERAPY, you will spend time with our Licensed Physical Therapist for a Q & A to create a personalized vision of desired PEAK PERFORMANCE for life and sport, which includes a FREE INJURY SCREENING.
If you are designing a PERFORMANCE TRAJECTORY, a trainer will ask about your injury history and aches/pains to be aware of.
Informed by your discussions with Licensed Physical Therapist and your performance coach, a workout plan will be established and individually tailored to fit your lifestyle.
Meet with your performance coach to put your new workout routine to the test. Don’t worry – we will meet you at your level.
Following the workout, you’ll be debriefed and provided with an informational packet. Call it “bedtime reading” – you’ll already be tuckered out from the day’s workout. Be sure to rehydrate and replenish your calories.
Get a good night’s sleep and drink plenty of water.

After a few weeks of putting in work, your performance coach will review your progress with W+D’s Licensed Physical Therapist to determine whether you would benefit from any Physical Therapy and/or recovery services and adjusting your Watts + Diesel Personal Peak Performance Plan as needed.

GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR WATTS + DIESEL EXPERIENCE
WATTS + DIESEL is your key to peak performance and focused recovery. Take full advantage of your experience through 4 easy recommendations:
Commit
Start with a minimum of 4-6 performance workout sessions.
Get Screened
Attend at least one performance movement screening with a Performance Coach. If the performance coach identifies something that needs some extra work, they may set up a one-on-one appointment to address specific areas to target.
Focus on diet
Attend one of our performance nutrition sessions with our Performance Dietitian, who will answer any questions and schedule a one-on-one consultation session if necessary. (Coming Soon)
Prevent injuries
Attend one of our injury prevention sessions with our Physical Therapist. If our PT identifies an area that may need extra work, they will schedule a personal consultation with you.
