Throughout our combine-style camp, meticulously structured to prioritize three core athletic disciplines crucial for elevating performance on the football field—speed and agility, power and explosiveness, and strength and mobility—we seamlessly integrate mini workshops focused on education and awareness in youth sports nutrition and injury prevention.

  • Speed + Agility

    Are fundamental attributes that every football player must possess. Speed allows players to outrun opponents and make explosive plays, while agility enables quick changes of direction and evasive maneuvers. We integrate speed and agility drills seamlessly into our training sessions, incorporating sprint intervals, ladder drills, and shuttle runs to enhance players' acceleration, agility, and overall quickness.
  • Power + Explosiveness

    Are equally essential attributes for youth athletes aiming to excel on the football field. These qualities are essential for executing explosive movements such as jumping, accelerating, and delivering powerful tackles or blocks. In our combine-style camp, we focus on developing power and explosiveness through a variety of exercises, including plyometrics, medicine ball throws, and Olympic lifts.
  • Strength + Mobility

    Form the foundation of athleticism in football. Strength enables players to win battles at the line of scrimmage, tackle effectively, and deliver powerful blocks. Meanwhile, mobility ensures players can move freely and efficiently through a full range of motion, reducing the risk of injury and enhancing overall agility. Our camp integrates strength exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, along with mobility drills like dynamic stretching and foam rolling, to develop both strength and mobility concurrently.

Led by licensed physical therapists and sports medicine professionals, this program offers comprehensive support to athletes of all levels. Through targeted exercises, mobility drills, and injury prevention strategies, participants will learn how to address common sports-related injuries, improve movement patterns, and build strength and stability. Drawing Up the X's and O's Pricing, Schedule, and Inclusions

This three-week youth football camp, held on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, offers a combine-style experience. Designed for athletes between 5th and 8th grade, it caters to both seasoned players and those considering joining the team next season. Focused on continuous improvement, participants hone their skills to perform effectively in various game situations, striving for success on the field.

  • Session 1: June 17th – July 12th

    Baseline testing week of June 10th
    Due to the holiday, the camp will skip week of July 1st and resume on July 8th
    Registration Fee: $350
    Includes performance camp t-shirt
    Camp Times: Monday, Wednesday, Fridays | 11:00am – 1:00pm 

  • Session 2: July 15th – August 2nd
